These Terms govern your use of this website and the digital bundle Prevent the $5,000 Vet Visit(the "Product"). By purchasing or downloading the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Not veterinary advice

The Product is educational material written by a non-veterinarian dog owner. Nothing in the Product, on this website, or in any email we send is medical or veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for diagnosis and treatment of your dog. If your dog is showing signs of an emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency clinic immediately. We disclaim all liability for any decision you make based on the Product.

2. License to use

When you purchase the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download it for your own household use. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, sublicense, or post the Product (in whole or in part) on any website, file-sharing service, social platform, or in any other publication.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are processed by Stripe. By completing a purchase you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the listed amount. Promotional or launch pricing is available only while displayed on the site and may end at any time.

4. Refunds

Because the Product is delivered instantly as a digital download, all sales are final. If you experience a technical problem accessing the files, reply to your purchase confirmation email within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve it; if we cannot, we will issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. Delivery

After successful payment you will receive an email containing a download link to the Product files (hosted on Google Drive). The link is also displayed on the post-purchase confirmation page. If you do not receive the email within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then reply to checkout@stripe.com or contact us via the address in your Stripe receipt.

6. Intellectual property

All content in the Product and on this website — including text, layout, design, and images — is owned by Maya Chen (or used with permission) and protected by copyright. Brand names and trademarks referenced in the Product (e.g. dog food brands, retailers, organizations) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and educational purposes only. No endorsement is implied.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Product and website are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome (financial, medical, or otherwise) will result from following its guidance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to veterinary bills, loss of property, or loss of an animal.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or Product after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in that state.
